We love to see you smile! Working with Dr. Monacell since 1990 has given me many reasons to smile too. Orthodontic treatment is a lifetime benefit that you never outgrow. When not working at the office, I love to travel, spend time with my family and work in the yard. My two children are grown, but my husband and I have three Maltese dogs that keep us very busy and entertained!

Welcome to Monacell Orthodontics! I have worked with Dr. Monacell, our patient families and fellow team members for the past 25 years. During this time, I've been priviledged to see our patients achieve great smiles, and now we are seeing them put their trust in us again by returning with their children and/or grandchildren for their treatment. It's been great to see how over the years Dr. Monacell has kept our practice abreast of the greatest and latest technology available in orthodontics, such as SureSmile, so that our patients can complete their treatment in much less time than they did 25 years ago. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband Ron & our family which now includes 2
grandhcildren. Getting away to the beach is our favorite way to relax!

 Hi! I have been with Monacell Orthodontics for over 4 years. I started out at the front desk and was so amazed by our patients incredible results that I decided I wanted a hands on part in acheiving them. For the last 3 years I have worked in the clinical area with an amazing team to help create beautiful smiles for our patients. In my spare time I love spending time with my husband Chris and our wonderful daughter Kayleigh. We enjoy vacations to Nags Head with my family and hanging out at the pool.



AmyAmy Monacell – Insurance Coordinator

My name is Amy Monacell. I am Dr. Monacell's daughter. I have a younger sister named Emily. In my spare time I enjoy cross-stitching and playing with my 3 cats. Their names are Claudia, Gracie and Spicy.
I have been working in the office since I was 8 years old. I started cleaning the office with my sister Emily. When I was in high school and in college, I worked in the summers doing clerical duties. I have been working here full time as the Insurance Coordinator since 2001.

I have been with Monacell Orthodontics since April Fool's Day, 2001 - what a great day to begin! My daughter was a patient of Dr. Monacell's so I knew from experience that this was a first class operation. I found Dr. Monacell's office to be the most professional and friendly medical office I had ever experienced. I was looking for good, flexible, part-time work when I got wind that Dr. Monacell was looking for someone to facilitate the practice's marketing efforts. So-here I am-and happy to be here! When I'm not at work, I manage to keep busy with my husband, 3 children and large extended family. I enjoy just about an board game, a good book, walks with our dog, time at the beach and road trips.

Hey there!  I have been with Dr. Monacell for over 10 years. I help new patients through their initial journey with braces. I really enjoy seeing the transformations that happen while they are going through treatment. One of the most rewarding things for me is seeing the finished result and how it has impacted that patient in a positive way. I love my job and Dr. Monacell is a great orthodontist to work for. When I'm not at the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Van, and my two boys, Kenny and Mason. We love going boating, fishing, bowling or just having family movie night at home.


Fatimah Fatimah Peay – Clinical Coordinator

Hi Guys, I have been with Dr. Monacell and the amazing team for over 5 years. Being a former patient I know how satisfying it is to see the end results of a lot of hard work and knowing it was well worth it.  I love to have a good time with the patients and make them feel at home, because they are like family to me. When I'm not working my husband Eugene and I cater and love to cook at home.  I have two beautiful children, little Eugene and Kamryn, and can't wait for them to have Monacell Smiles!!!!

Hello! I have been working with Dr. Monacell for 4 years. I did my internship here and decided to stay when Dr. Monacell offered me a permanent position. I love working here because of the great patients we have. And also, the team I work with is like family to me. I enjoy spending time with my husband, Jacob. We love to travel, go camping, going to the beach and just enjoying life to the fullest with our family and friends.

My name is Brandy and I have worked with Dr. Monacell since 2008. The best part of my job is seeing our patients on their first day of treatment and seeing them on their last day of treatment. I truly believe we change our patient's lives here. I know this first hand as I recently went through treatment myself. When I am not at work, I am spending time with my amazing husband Chris, our beautiful children, Jackson and Gracey, and our dog Wesley. I enjoy camping, fishing, and going to concerts with my family. I also love to shop and have a serious addiction to target, much to my husand's dismay. I consider myself a very blessed person.
